Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Paralegal to join the legal team. The role covers corporate governance, real estate, IP, and M&A support, with responsibility for document management, regulatory filings, and cross-functional coordination across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of paralegal experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under deadlines. A public-company governance background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required.
• 5+ years of paralegal experience in governance, real estate, IP, or M&A.
• Experience supporting a public company governance function preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain corporate records, minute books, and filings.
• Support board meetings, agendas, resolutions, and minutes.
• Assist with annual meeting logistics and director questionnaires.
• Track SEC filings and Section 16 for public company clients.
• Maintain subsidiary charts and good standing certificates.
• Assist with due diligence, document collection, and closing checklists in M&A.
• Draft, review, and redline NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders.
