Tanger Management LLC is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support the litigation team with drafting, calendaring, and coordinating discovery and documents. This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines across geographies.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification and at least five years of litigation experience, with strong drafting and communication skills. The position is on-site in the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Draft routine letters, notices, pleadings, discovery, affidavits, orders, and other legal documents.
• Proofread and edit legal documents and other materials for accuracy.
• Maintain legal calendaring system to meet deadlines.
• Gather information, documents, reports, and evidence for responses.
• Coordinate with supervising attorney and external counsel as needed.
• Correspond with internal clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervising attorney.
