Salary range is $58,000 - $61,000 with a closing date of Oct 14, 2026. Remote work options may be available; candidates must perform duties within Arizona unless otherwise authorized.

Qualifications

• Advanced litigation and case management support experience.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other case-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on legal and factual issues.
• Coordinate court and administrative filings, ensuring deadlines compliance.
• Maintain case files, legal records, and the case management system.
• Review and process public records requests and subpoenas, including drafting responses.
• Assist with preparing certified records and appellate filings.
• Support discovery by organizing, reviewing, redacting, and producing documents for hearings and litigation.
• Train and provide guidance to Legal Assistants, including reviewing work products.
