Trueline, a boutique commercial litigation firm in Central Phoenix, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, in-office role. You will own deadlines, manage complex discovery, and support sophisticated business disputes while collaborating with attorneys in a balanced environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in substantive litigation paralegal work, strong Relativity experience, and fluency with federal and Arizona procedures.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of substantive litigation paralegal experience in commercial or complex civil matters.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial litigation matters including business disputes, breach of contract, construction, and insurance cases.
• Manage cases from discovery to trial prep: docketing, deadlines, filings, organization, and logistics.
• Draft and edit deposition notices, subpoenas, motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
• Handle federal and Arizona state court filings and stay current on procedural requirements.
• Oversee large e-discovery matters, document review, production, and coordination with attorneys.
• Keep attorneys organized and monitor deadlines to avoid missed dates.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, vendors, and others.
• Provide approximately 10–20% transactional support (operating agreements, etc.).
• Assist with general office tasks and phone coverage as needed.
