Insight Global is currently hiring a Senior Paralegal for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is a full‑service law firm with offices throughout the United States, offering legal solutions across litigation, real estate, corporate law, and bankruptcy. The Paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys with complex commercial litigation matters.

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post‑trial activities.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with court deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties to facilitate case progress.
• Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for hearings and trials.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10+ years of paralegal experience, with a strong focus on commercial litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.

The salary for this role is $80k - $90k depending upon qualifications and years of experience.
