• At least 5 years of relevant international governance and entity management experience.
• BA, BS or equivalent in related field.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with legal entity management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with international and local teams to support governance and strategic transactions.
• Draft, review, and coordinate governance documents.
• Coordinate AGMs, board meetings, and statutory filings.
