Cardinal Health is seeking a Sr. Paralegal to support the corporate governance and legal entity management for international subsidiaries.

You will coordinate boards, maintain records, and assist with annual meetings and compliance programs, collaborating with global Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance teams. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in international governance and entity management, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and experience with governance databases and legal entity systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of international governance, entity management, and transactional support experience.
• BA, BS or equivalent in related field.
• Must be a quick learner with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
• MS Word and Excel proficiency (intermediate-to-advanced).
• Experience with legal entity management systems and governance databases preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with finance, tax, treasury, and international teams to support governance and cross-border transactions.
• Drafts and coordinates board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, consents, powers of attorney, and director appointments/resignations.
