Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex legal research and synopsis of hearings for attorney use.
• Draft preliminary memoranda and correspondence; prepare tables of contents and authorities for briefs.
• Prepare exhibits for trial and coordinate litigation support services for assigned cases.
• Interact with attorneys, trial staff and support personnel to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
