Qualifications

• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or equivalent.
• Experience in automated litigation support.
• Familiarity with electronic databases and eDiscovery procedures.
• Ability to travel for court appearances or case needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports the DOJ with litigation research and document preparation.
• Coordinates litigation support services as required by attorneys.
• Prepares legal briefs and assists in case development.
• Conducts legal research and synthesizes findings for attorney review.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw

Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools

Advanced skills with Excel

Ability to perform detailed work consistently under pressure

Education

Paralegal certificate or JD
