Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Legal and Compliance functions in a 50/50 split, working within a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The role is hybrid in Boston, MA, with onsite presence required Tue-Thu as the company relocates its HQ to One Lincoln in 2027. Key duties include contract lifecycle management, corporate governance support, investigations, policy administration, training, and operational processes, alongside

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Paralegal Certificate from ABA-approved program or law firm experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, organize and manage a variety of legal documents.
• Maintain contract lifecycle management system, tracking approvals and obligations.
• Coordinate contract execution through electronic signatures.
• Assist corporate governance activities and board materials.
• Support litigation, investigations, and external counsel with document collection and budgets.
• Coordinate compliance activities, trainings, audits, and disclosures.
• Maintain documentation and records across Legal and Compliance functions.
