Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support Legal and Compliance on a 50/50 basis, focusing on contract management, governance, litigation, and healthcare compliance in a highly regulated pharma environment.

Role based at Collegium's Stoughton HQ with hybrid work; relocation to Boston in Q1 2027. Onsite Tue–Thu. Ideal candidate has 7+ years paralegal experience and CLM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Paralegal Certificate and/or law firm experience required; 7+ years in paralegal roles.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal matters with sound judgment.
• Experience in healthcare compliance and regulated pharma industry preferred.
• Familiarity with contract management systems and e-sign platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, organize, and manage legal documents including vendor and consulting agreements.
• Maintain the CLM system, track approvals, renewals, and obligations.
• Coordinate contract execution via electronic signatures.
• Maintain corporate records and legal files.
• Assist with corporate governance including board materials and filings.
• Coordinate legal holds and document collection for litigation and audits.
• Support outside counsel and monitor litigation calendars.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations and case law.
• Assist IP administration with trademarks and patents.
