Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals seeks a Senior Paralegal to join the in‑house Legal and Compliance team. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role drives governance, IP, litigation support, and contract administration in a hybrid setup—three days per week in‑office.

The candidate will manage subsidiary governance, board materials, and intercompany agreements, with experience in a public life sciences company highly preferred. Notary certification and strong judgment are required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or degree from an ABA‑approved program or accredited college.
• 7+ years paralegal experience in corporate or life sciences matters preferred.
• Active Notary Public certification required.
• Less than 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate and subsidiary governance including filings and records.
• Lead cross‑functional legal projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Manage legal spend, budgets, and outside counsel coordination.
• Support IP portfolio management, including ANDA/NDA activities and diligence.
• Assist litigation support, discovery, and regulatory inquiries.
• Administer CLM system and contract templates, tracking milestones.
