Lyell Immunopharma seeks an experienced Paralegal to support legal, corporate governance and healthcare compliance functions. The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and may be based in South San Francisco or Seattle, at Downtown or Bothell locations.

You will manage contract databases, draft agreements, assist SEC filings, support insurance and compliance programs, and help optimize legal operations with senior leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years total experience, 5+ years as a Paralegal in life sciences or top law firm.
• Experience with cross-functional teams during growth phases.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Manage contract database and reporting to Finance.
• Draft and negotiate standard agreements and playbooks under supervision.
• Support corporate insurance policies and renewals.
• Assist with SEC filings and public company reporting compliance.
• Support healthcare compliance, data privacy, and security programs
• Develop standardized legal team processes and project management
• Collaborate with outside counsel and control external spend
• Provide risk summaries for attorney review
