Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals seeks a Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal Department in Cambridge, MA. The role reports to the SVP, General Counsel, Governance and Corporate, and supports governance, corporate transactions, alliance management, and employment matters. Responsibilities include preparing board materials, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with U.S.

subsidiary management. A 5–10 year paralegal background and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Notary public certification preferred or willingness to obtain at company expense.
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and capable of using AI to streamline activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries and updates.
• Assist with preparation of documents and exhibits.
• Assist with Board materials and records for Directors and committees.
• Support Board of Directors and executives with background information.
• Create and maintain minute books and corporate records.
