Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide litigation support to the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Housing and Civil Enforcement Section, on-site in Washington, D.C.

The role focuses on document review, discovery, and trial preparation within housing and civil rights matters. The position requires strong litigation support experience, familiarity with Relativity platforms, and the ability to handle phone intake for the HCE Hotline, with a commitment to accuracy and client

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctorate, current ABA law school enrollment or equivalent training.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation paralegal experience.
• At least 1 year supporting automated litigation support or electronic discovery projects.
• Demonstrated experience using Relativity and/or RelativityOne for document review and litigation support.
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures.
• Experience with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation support to DOJ attorneys and litigation teams in housing and civil enforcement matters.
• Conduct document review using Relativity/RelativityOne and support eDiscovery workflows.
• Prepare preliminary drafts of memoranda, correspondence, and summaries.
• Assist with generating document productions and trial materials.
• Support onsite trial activities and prepare exhibits and resources.
