Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior Paralegal for the Housing and Civil Enforcement Section to provide litigation support to DOJ, Civil Rights Division. The role is onsite in Washington, DC, with up to 25% travel.

Strong experience with Relativity/RelativityOne, document review, and ESI is required. Responsibilities include drafting memos, managing discovery, and supporting trial prep, while coordinating with DOJ attorneys and multiple litigation teams.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate, Juris Doctorate, current ABA‑accredited law school enrollment with at least one year of study, or equivalent training.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation paralegal or related legal project experience.
• At least 1 year supporting automated litigation support or electronic discovery projects.
• Experience using Relativity and RelativityOne for document review and litigation support.
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems, and legal research procedures.
• Experience with LexisNexis and Westlaw.
• Proficiency with Word, databases, document management systems, spreadsheets, imaging systems, and related technology.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develops litigation support work products under supervision following guidelines.
• Performs legal research using appropriate tools.
• Reviews, analyzes, and summarizes transcripts for attorney use.
• Reviews case materials and identifies conflicting statements or issues needing investigation.
• Prepares preliminary drafts of legal memoranda and related documents.
• Conducts document review using Relativity and RelativityOne.
• Supports electronic discovery activities including coding, QC, and production prep.
• Assists with document productions and manages workflows.
• Provides on‑site and off‑site trial support and prepares exhibits and materials.
• Supports the HCE Hotline: intake calls, records, follow‑ups, and timely communication.
