Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Paralegal to join our Legal team in New York. The role supports a broad range of corporate legal functions, including litigation, employment, commercial matters, and compliance.

You will serve as a trusted partner to attorneys and stakeholders, driving organization, efficiency, and operational excellence across legal processes. At least three days in‑person presence is required at the NYC office with partial remote work available.

Qualifications

• 7 years of paralegal experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds, and investigations.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and case management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently while maintaining high‑quality work.

• Agility in adopting AI-enabled tools.

Position Logistics

Partially remote: role requires a minimum of three days in‑person office presence at the NYC office.

Compensation

Anticipated base salary range: $87,500 through $120,000. Total compensation may include variable pay, bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
