Qualifications

• 7+ years paralegal experience in a fast-paced corporate setting.
• Experience supporting discovery, investigations, and litigation holds.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation, employment, regulatory and commercial matters with effective case management.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, organize files and gather documents.
• Track budgets, spend and investigations, ensuring compliance with holds and records management.
