Qualifications

• 7+ years of paralegal experience in a dynamic environment with exposure to multiple areas of law.
• Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds, and investigations.
• Excellent communication and judgment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support litigation, employment, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Drive efficient case management with workflows, timelines, and deliverables across multiple matters.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and gather documents; organize files and interview coordination.
• Strengthen risk mitigation by supporting investigations and regulatory monitoring.
• Maintain a centralized database for tracking U.S. legal and regulatory developments.
