You will support corporate governance and real estate transactions, draft and review legal documents, and manage deal timelines, closings, and due diligence. A dynamic, growth-focused firm awaits.

Competenze

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Extensive governance and entity management experience
• Registered Paralegal certification is a plus

Salary: $120K to $140K, plus bonus

Must-Have Skills:

• Registered Paralegal certification
• Prior mentorship or leadership experience
