Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for Secure Remote Access to drive strategy and the roadmap for Keeper Connection Manager. This is a 100% remote role with optional hybrid arrangements for candidates in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA areas.

The role requires strong experience in privileged access, secure remote access, and infrastructure integrations, with collaboration across Engineering, Security and Customer teams to deliver secure, scalable product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management in technical or cybersecurity products.
• Direct experience in privileged access management or secure remote access.
• Fluent understanding of remote access concepts and authentication flows.
• Experience with SSH, RDP, TLS and network/cloud integrations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into specs and user stories.
• Experience in Agile environments and using AI-assisted tools like Claude or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Keeper Connection Manager.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities based on customer needs, market trends and business impact.
• Develop deep understanding of secure remote access and privileged session workflows across IT and security teams.
• Translate technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering on protocols, session management, integrations and architecture.
• Partner with customers and Solutions Engineering to validate requirements and improve adoption.
