Sage seeks a Senior Paid Social Manager to own paid social for North America, driving demand, pipeline, and revenue across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emergent channels. This hybrid role partners with Brand, Creative, Organic Social, and Sales to optimize audiences, creative testing, and performance insights.

You will lead strategy, planning, testing, optimization, and measurement, leveraging AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI across the buyer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B paid social marketing within B2B SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on experience with major platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit).
• Experience owning paid social strategy, audience planning, creative testing, optimization, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy for North America, aligning to lead quality, pipeline, and revenue.
• Plan, test, optimize, and measure campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Organic Social, Product Marketing, Sales Development, agencies, and platform partners.
