Job summary

Sage is seeking a Senior Paid Social Manager to own North America paid social across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit and emerging channels. You will shape audience planning, media briefs, creative testing roadmaps, and optimization, guiding agency partners to improve lead quality, pipeline, and return on investment.

Work is hybrid with offices in Atlanta or Austin. You will collaborate with Brand, Creative, Organic Social, Product Marketing, Sales Development and platform teams to build connected paid

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B paid social marketing experience in B2B SaaS/tech
• Hands-on experience owning paid social strategy with LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit Ads
• Experience testing new social platforms, formats, audiences, or campaign structures
• Experience managing agency, vendors, platform partners, budgets and timelines
• Strong analytics linking paid social to lead quality, pipeline, revenue and ROI
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Organic Social, Product Marketing, and sales
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness and workflow efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy for North America including channel planning and measurement
• Guide agency partners for campaign build, trafficking, pacing, execution, optimization and reporting
• Develop audience strategies, creative testing roadmaps, and optimization plans to support lead gen, pipeline and revenue
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Product Marketing to optimize paid social creative and messaging
• Stay current on platform changes and opportunities; experiment with AI and automation to improve performance and efficiency
• Communicate performance insights, risks and recommendations to internal stakeholders and agency partners
