Job summary

Marketbridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B client accounts. You will guide campaign direction, optimize performance, and bridge paid social with demand generation and revenue goals.

You will manage complex programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms, while mentoring junior team members and shaping best practices for the Social practice.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of paid social experience, within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or complex paid social programs.
• Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Meta; experience on Reddit or emerging platforms is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ABM and B2B demand generation.
• Experience developing paid social strategy across audience planning, investment, testing, and measurement.
• Strong analytical and measurement skills, connecting campaign performance to business outcomes.
• Confident client-facing experience presenting strategy and performance to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across multiple B2B client accounts, translating business goals into audience, channel, investment, testing, and measurement plans.
• Own senior client conversations around performance, optimization, investment changes, and evolving paid social strategy.
• Oversee complex paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms, including ABM and multi-touch campaigns.
• Guide budget planning, pacing, optimization, testing, and investment decisions across accounts.
• Stay close to platforms and step into campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, or optimization when needed.
• Partner with Analytics and Creative to strengthen measurement, testing, and messaging based on performance insights.
