Go Fish Digital is seeking a Paid Social Senior Manager to guide strategy, optimization, and growth for a portfolio of ecommerce and DTC clients. You will own end-to-end paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, balancing hands-on execution with strategic insight to scale revenue and improve efficiency.

In this role you will drive full-funnel campaigns, lead testing initiatives, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for clients

Formación

• Experience leading paid social strategies for ecommerce or DTC.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Proven ability to plan and execute structured testing and optimize campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of ecommerce and DTC accounts.
• Build and manage full-funnel paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Structure campaign architectures with emphasis on performance, scalability, and conversions.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bid strategies, audiences, and spend across funnel stages.
• Identify growth opportunities based on performance and business goals.
• Stay informed on platform updates, beta products, and evolving best practices.
