Green Key Resources is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead and optimize campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms. You will own strategy, analytics, and budget stewardship to drive revenue for a national retailer.

The role includes building internal capabilities as campaigns move in-house, mentoring two direct reports, and collaborating with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in paid social marketing with Meta focus.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar digital budgets.
• Strong analytics and measurement skills (MMM, brand lift).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, analyze trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee a multimillion-dollar annual advertising budget, managing pacing to maximize performance.
