Job summary

Monks is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to lead performance for top advertisers across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and additional platforms. You will guide strategy, forecast, and plan for a diverse client roster with ad spend ranging from substantial to seven figures monthly.

You will mentor a small team of Account Managers, drive multi-channel strategies, and focus on client ROI, renewal growth, and strong executive engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social client management experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role overseeing other digital marketing professionals.
• Meta/LinkedIn experience is a must; Pinterest/Snapchat/TikTok is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze data in GA, Meta Business Manager, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent communication skills with C-Suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as paid social lead for top clients; direct strategy and optimize platforms.
• Guide overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning for a roster of clients with high ad spend.
• Drive creative strategy and coordinate with teams to tailor messaging based on performance.
• Generate revenue growth from client renewals and renewals-driven opportunities.
• Participate in onboarding, QBRs, renewal calls, and key client communications.
• Act as senior sponsor contact for multiple client accounts and build executive relationships.
