Job summary

Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social to drive performance, guide account teams and orchestrate growth for top advertisers. You will lead strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, manage client communications, and develop talent within the team.

The role requires 5+ years in paid social client management and at least 1 year in supervision, with strong data-driven decision making and executive-level communication. Remote-friendly with strong collaboration culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid social client management experience.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role overseeing other digital marketing professionals.
• Meta/LinkedIn experience is a must; Pinterest/Snapchat/TikTok is a plus.
• Strong analytics and ability to present results to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy for top clients and optimize Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Forecast, plan and drive account growth for ecommerce, retail, and B2B lead generation clients.
• Guide creative strategy and coordinate with teams to tailor messaging based on performance.
• Generate revenue growth from client renewals and manage client communications.
• Develop and mentor team through feedback, reviews and ongoing coaching.
