Job summary

You will report to the VP and manage up to 3 direct reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and maintain high client satisfaction while steering innovation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of social media experience in performance media, client or agency.
• 2+ years of leading a team of performance media specialists.
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns and social commerce is a plus.
• Strong understanding of channel landscape and buying platforms.
• Experience with campaign management/ad serving technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flawless execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat.
• Lead development and presentation of data-driven performance media plans.
• Ensure ongoing delivery of account optimizations, testing, and analysis.
• Mentor junior team members and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new platform adoption.
