829 Studios is seeking a Senior Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients in its Marketing Services department. You will strategize, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, mentor juniors, and collaborate across teams to achieve client goals.

Remote flexibility offered with option to work from the Boston office; potential future direct reports and leadership responsibilities are noted.

Formación

• 6–8 years of paid advertising leadership, preferably in an agency.
• Strong proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Familiarity with CMS such as WordPress.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).

Responsabilidades

• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff docs to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on achieving business goals through digital advertising.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Conceptualize, vocalize, and implement departmental process improvements.
• Strategize and manage multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
