829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to join its Marketing Services team in Boston with remote options. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, lead paid search campaigns, and mentor junior colleagues while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

The role emphasizes strategy, analytics, and process improvements, with opportunities for leadership and potential oversight of direct reports over time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Extensive experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Strong analytics skills using Google Analytics or HubSpot Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Knowledge of pixeling and conversion tracking via GTM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and execute paid search campaigns.
• Update clients regularly on campaign status and deliverables.
• Prepare client reports from kickoff to ongoing rolling reports.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Mentor junior team members and potentially manage direct reports over time.
• Coordinate with colleagues across marketing disciplines for integrated campaigns.
