829 Studios is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to oversee a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving campaigns from strategy to execution. Qualifications

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs in an agency or enterprise setting.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Slides/Docs for reporting.
• Strong analytics using Google Analytics or Hubspot Analytics.
• Landing page optimization and conversion strategies.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience with pixeling and conversion tracking (Tag Manager).
• Experience with reporting tools (Data Studio, NinjaCat, TapClicks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and maintain multiple digital ad campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign performance against client goals, conversions, and events.
• Provide regular client updates on digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff to rolling reporting.
• Forecast projections for client executive teams early and often.
• Advise on how to achieve business goals through digital advertising.
• Present to day-to-day POCs and client executives; tailor for audience level.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Contribute to departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and hiring processes.
• Onboard, coach, and supervise junior reports when applicable.
