829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to manage a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will strategize, optimize, and report on paid campaigns while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff and potential future leadership responsibilities within Marketing Services. A strong background in PPC and analytics is required.

Formación

• 6–8 years managing paid advertising programs, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Deep understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Hubspot Analytics.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize, develop, and maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for enterprise clients.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness related to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly on the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Develop projections and forecasting for client executive teams.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish business goals through digital advertising.
• Present effectively to day-to-day client POCs as well as executive and board members.
• Serve as a technical resource to other departments and peers.
• Implement departmental process improvements.
• Assist with candidate interviews and onboarding of junior staff.
