Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr. Account Manager, Paid Search to drive KPI improvements and craft cutting-edge strategies aligned with client goals.

You will manage strategy development, tactical execution, and client relationships, handling Google and Bing campaigns for a varied roster of B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients. You will lead campaigns from month 1, communicate results to decision-makers, and create compelling presentations and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience is a plus.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid search strategies tailored to client goals.
• Build and optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients.
• Lead campaigns for small-spend clients and support larger enterprise clients.
• Define, monitor and analyze trends in client KPIs.
• Present performance results and strategy recommendations to clients.
• Create quarterly business reviews and client-facing presentations.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members and provide direction.
