Job summary

Monks is seeking a Paid Search Delivery Lead to drive hands-on activation, optimization, and end-to-end delivery of client paid search campaigns. You’ll architect strategy, manage builds and budgets, and mentor teammates in a fast-paced hybrid environment across the US and beyond.

You’ll work with Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads to plan, activate, optimize, and report on campaigns; foster client relationships, translate data into actionable insights, and help the team stay ahead of industry

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience building, managing, optimizing, and analyzing Paid Search campaigns.
• Understanding of bid management, budgets, and keyword management; measurement and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams and manage client communications and relationships.
• Architect Paid Search strategy and lead campaign planning, builds, optimization, and ongoing management.
• Build trust with clients, review requests, troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks for clients and internal efforts.
• Execute and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads including builds and bidding.
