Job summary

Monks is seeking a Sr. Account Manager, Paid Search to lead strategy, optimization, and client relationships for diverse B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce accounts. You will drive KPI improvements, test approaches, and present clear recommendations.

A strong data mindset and hands-on SEM experience are essential. In this role, you will manage campaigns across Google and Bing, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Passion for crunching numbers, analyzing data, and navigating Excel/Google sheet spreadsheets.
• Possess high attention to detail and be able to execute with a high degree of accuracy.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Hands-on product feed management and shopping experience a plus.
• You are a communication guru on calls and in writing.
• Driven and Innovative are typical traits.
• Proactive and willing to raise your hand to support your team.
• Highly collaborative and a team player.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Take on clients in month 1 and build/optimize Google and Bing search campaigns for B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce clients.
• Define, monitor and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs.
• Develop short and long-term paid search strategies based on client goals.
• Test and analyze keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign types to drive results.
• Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients and secure buy-in.
