Job summary

Monks is seeking a Paid Search Delivery Lead to drive hands-on activation, optimization, and end-to-end delivery for client campaigns. You will lead strategy, planning, builds, and ongoing optimization across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads, while managing client relationships and team delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency in Paid Search on Google Ads, SA360 and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience building, managing, optimizing, and analyzing Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of bidding, budgeting, keyword management and measurement.
• Able to outline plans, manage projects, and deliver on KPIs.
• Proficient with data in Excel/Google Sheets and able to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery and client communications.
• Architect Paid Search strategy, plan, build, optimize, and manage campaigns.
• Build trust with clients, provide updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with team members to complete day-to-day tasks.
• Share learnings and best practices across internal and external sources.
• Manage campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads, including bidding and budgets.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and optimize results.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to Media trainings.
