Job summary

Monks is hiring a hands-on Paid Search Delivery Lead within Media Operations to drive end‑to‑end activation, optimization, and delivery for client campaigns. You will guide projects, manage client relationships, and mentor teammates while delivering on Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads across diverse accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on proficiency in Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads.
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, optimizing, and analyzing Paid Search campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, budgeting, keyword management, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality campaign delivery from client teams and manage client communications and relationships.
• Architect Paid Search strategy and lead campaign planning, builds, optimization, and ongoing management.
• Build trust with clients, manage updates, review requests, and troubleshoot issues on platforms and media execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete day‑to‑day tasks for clients and internal efforts.
• Share learnings with peers and internal stakeholders across projects.
• Execute and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads, SA360, and Microsoft Ads including builds, bidding, budgets, keywords, and optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities; troubleshoot platform or execution issues to improve results.
• Utilize internal tools like Slack, GSuite, Salesforce, Workday for day‑to‑day tasks.
• Mentor team members and contribute Paid Search expertise to trainings and initiatives.
• Maintain understanding of Monks Media Activation services and growth opportunities with clients.
