Job summary

Monks, a global digital-first agency, is seeking a Sr. Account Manager for Paid Search. You will drive KPI improvements, craft cutting-edge strategies, and manage client relationships across B2B, lead gen, and ecommerce accounts.

You will lead campaigns on Google and Bing, monitor trends, test strategies, and present insights to clients. Collaboration, data-driven decisions, and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct paid search client management including strategy development, execution & client relationship management.
• Strong numeracy and excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Performance Max experience is a must.
• Product feed management and shopping experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of paid search campaigns for B2B, lead generation, and ecommerce clients.
• Lead campaign strategy development, execution, and optimization on Google and Bing.
• Define, monitor and analyze client KPI trends.
• Develop short and long-term paid search strategies aligned with goals.
• Test keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and campaign types to drive results.
• Present performance results and strategy recommendations to clients and secure buy-in.
• Create quarterly business reviews and client-facing presentations.
• Mentor and delegate to junior team members and provide feedback.
• Stay current on SEM industry trends and contribute to internal discussions.
