Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior paid search leader to own strategy, execution, and ongoing campaign performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and related platforms. You will manage multiple client accounts, optimize budgets from $5k to $1M monthly, and deliver data-driven recommendations to drive client outcomes.

The role is fully remote within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones, requiring 10+ years in paid search and 8+ in an agency setting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in strategic and hands-on paid search management.
• At least 8 years of experience working within a digital marketing agency.
• Demonstrated experience managing five or more client accounts simultaneously.
• Proven experience managing monthly advertising budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1 million.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Strong knowledge of campaign strategy, bidding, budget pacing, optimization, and ROI measurement.
• A proven track record of improving campaign performance and delivering measurable results for clients.
• Ability to assess existing accounts quickly, identify priorities, and begin contributing effectively within the first days.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate campaign data into practical optimization strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients.
• Independence, initiative, accountability, and organizational ability.
• Client-focused mindset with a bias for business outcomes.
• Availability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $1 million, ensuring pacing and allocation.
• Optimize bidding, structures, targeting, and performance settings for ROI.
• Monitor performance and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Evaluate existing accounts quickly and develop actionable growth strategies.
• Prepare clear performance reports and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day account management and optimization.
• Focus on client success, aligning paid media with business goals.
• Work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results.
