Job summary

OuterBox in the United States is seeking a Lead Paid Search Strategist to develop and execute SEM programs across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and more. You will lead a team of strategists, drive campaigns, optimize for conversions, and deliver quarterly reporting to clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, staying ahead of SEM trends, and collaborating with health and e-commerce clients. You will manage budgets, craft testing roadmaps, present results to clients, and mentor the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management.
• Experience managing enterprise-level e-commerce paid media, including feed management.
• Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; leadership and team management experience.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEM strategies aligned with client objectives and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Strategists; set goals and oversee performance.
• Create and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for CRO.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular KPI reports.
• Present results and recommendations to clients.
• Stay informed on SEM trends and algorithm updates.
