OuterBox is seeking a talented Paid Media Strategist for our Essentials 1 team to develop and execute search engine marketing or pay-per-click (PPC) strategies that drive qualified leads for clients. This fully remote role is based in the United States.

You will plan, manage budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms, lead planning sessions, measure performance, and deliver actionable reports to clients while aligning campaigns with their objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of paid search experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Experience at a digital marketing agency with client-facing responsibilities.
• Experience in Google Shopping and paid social (LinkedIn and Meta).
• Strong analytical ability using spreadsheets, Looker Studio, and GA.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and execute advanced paid media strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social platforms.
• Lead quarterly or monthly planning sessions with strategic roadmaps aligned to KPIs.
• Measure, report, and optimize campaign performance with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns meet client goals and budgets.
• Present results to clients and drive recommendations for improvement.
