Job summary

OuterBox in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Paid Search to lead SEM strategy, manage a team of paid search professionals, and drive client ROI. You will steer budget allocation, bidding strategies, testing, and reporting to optimize campaigns.

The role requires 7+ years in SEM, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of Google Ads/Bing Ads. Remote-first culture with US-based location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SEM and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SEM campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of search engine advertising platforms (Google/Bing) and trends.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop SEM strategy and align with business goals.
• Team Management: mentor Leads and Strategists, set performance objectives.
• Client Collaboration: present insights and recommendations to clients.
