OuterBox, Inc. is hiring a Lead Paid Search Strategist to develop and execute strategic SEM campaigns for a portfolio of digital health and ecommerce clients.

You will lead a team of Paid Search Strategists, drive online visibility, traffic, and conversions, and continuously optimize campaigns through data-driven testing and industry best practices. The role requires 5+ years in Search/Shopping, Google Ads certification, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management.
• Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEM strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of Paid Search Strategists.
• Analyze performance data and generate KPI-focused reports for clients.
• Present results and insights to clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
