Job summary

Fi is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search, YouTube & Amazon to own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and Amazon. You will set strategy, manage spend, and drive acquisition targets while owning channel performance.

You will work with Finance on true unit economics, build scalable reporting in Northbeam and Databricks, and lead peak planning for major product launches and events. This is a high-impact roles in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Hands-on Amazon Ads ownership across Sponsored Products/Brands, DSP, and related features.
• Fluency with payback, LTV-to-CAC math, and margin-aware decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads portfolio end-to-end (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, YouTube).
• Own Amazon Ads end-to-end: set spend strategy and launch support for new products.
• Own CAC against targets and collaborate with Finance on unit economics.
