Qualificações

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid search campaign management.
• Strong understanding of PPC advertising and data-driven ad spend.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SA360 and similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data sets and identify trends based on KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to mentor teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns based on client goals.
• Direct management of 20-30 automotive paid search accounts with monthly budgets.
• Collaborate with account managers on strategy and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain performance standards across all assigned accounts and monitor budget pacing.
• Monitor CTR, conversion rate and ROAS to identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct QA and mentor junior analysts; present data to other departments.
