Elk Marketing is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist in the United States to manage and scale campaigns for ecommerce brands. You’ll own strategy, execution, and reporting across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging formats, aligning with client goals and driving measurable ROAS.

You will collaborate with design, dev, and SEO teams, optimize budgets from six figures monthly, and leverage GA4, Looker Studio, and Triple Whale for insights and optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media management for ecommerce brands.
• Proven success scaling campaigns with large budgets and minimal oversight.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms and formats.
• Deep understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and dynamic creative.
• Solid CRO knowledge and collaboration with dev/design teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and analytics tools.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and scale Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms.
• Build strategic roadmaps aligned with client goals and measurable impact.
• Present reporting, insights, and recommendations on client calls with confidence.
• Audit and restructure ad accounts for ROAS, performance, and efficiency.
• Write and test compelling ad copy, headlines, and creative hooks.
• Collaborate with SEO, design, dev, and email teams to align cross-channel strategies.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $10K to $500K+ per month across clients.
• Oversee tracking, attribution, and performance measurement using GA4 and Triple Whale.
• Conduct competitive research and deliver actionable campaign improvements.
