The Paid Strategist role focuses on day-to-day client deliverables, creating custom strategies, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to execute Paid Media initiatives across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• 3+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in agency settings.
• Deep expertise in paid search and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong PPC knowledge: keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign data with analytics tools and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Ability to translate strategy into data-driven storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts
• Serve as direct support to client contacts
• Weekly communication with vendors/partners on tasks and quality
• Drive referrals via client relationships
• Build quarterly client strategies
• Manage budgets across channels
• Understand client positioning and UVP
• Ensure lead routing in CRM
• Understand Programmatic campaigns
• Maintain personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate with Associate Director to meet goals
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
