Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and creative testing. You will lead client conversations, develop testing strategies, and optimize campaigns end-to-end.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Meta advertising, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to translate data into strategic actions for multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead bi-weekly client calls.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; manage lead-routing workflows.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
