Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You will lead client conversations, manage campaigns end-to-end, write direct-response copy and video scripts, and develop testing strategies to improve funnel performance. This is a senior, hands-on role with accountability for results and relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
